Travel Receiving Clerk
Position: Receiving Clerk
Assignment Type: Travel / Task Force
Location: Mount Washington, NH
Pay Rate: $17/hour
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Receiving Clerk to join our hospitality team on a travel assignment. The ideal candidate will assist with receiving deliveries, organizing inventory, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring supplies are properly handled and distributed throughout the property.
Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify deliveries against purchase orders, invoices, and packing slips.
Check incoming shipments for accuracy, quantity, and any damages or discrepancies.
Organize and store received items in the appropriate areas.
Maintain accurate receiving and inventory records.
Coordinate with vendors, purchasing, kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments as needed.
Ensure deliveries are handled safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving and storage areas.
Follow property standards for safety, sanitation, and inventory control.
Assist with moving and distributing supplies throughout the property as needed.
Support additional operational duties based on the property's staffing needs.
Previous hotel, resort, warehouse, receiving, inventory, or related experience preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to accurately check and document deliveries.
Comfortable lifting, moving, and organizing supplies as required.
Strong attention to detail.
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to assist with other duties as needed.
$17.00/hour
