We are working with a lifestyle ecommerce brand in its search for a Senior Affiliate & Creator Partnerships Manager to build and scale a creator network that drives profitable revenue and a consistent pipeline of content for paid advertising.

You will own creator partnerships, Meta Partnership Ads, affiliate publishers, and the strategy behind our TikTok affiliate program. This is a hands-on management role with accountability for partner growth, content output, and financial performance.

What You’ll Own

Creator Partnerships & Content Growth

• Build a repeatable process for sourcing, testing, activating, and retaining creators across our affiliate and paid-content programs.
\n
• Develop successful creators into ongoing partners through performance-based offers, paid partnerships, and expanded usage opportunities.
\n
• Own partner selection, negotiations, contracts, deliverables, renewals, and key relationships.
\n
• Work with Paid and Brand Creative to translate content needs into creator recruitment priorities and production plans.
\n
• Maintain a forward-looking content pipeline across priority products, launches, audiences, and formats.
\n

Meta Partnership Ads & ReFunnel

\n
• Own and grow our Meta Partnership Ads/whitelisting program and ReFunnel creator network.
\n
• Recruit creators with strong brand fit and paid-ad potential; negotiate fees, commissions, permissions, and usage rights.
\n
• Partner with Paid to evaluate creator performance, identify winners, and expand successful relationships.
\n
• Ensure creators consistently deliver fresh content based on testing results and creative needs.
\n

TikTok Affiliate Strategy & Agency Management

\n
• Serve as the brands primary contact for the TikTok affiliate agency, setting clear goals, priorities, and expectations.
\n
• Direct recruitment strategy, creator segments, product focus, activation plans, commissions, and incentives.
\n
• Keep agency plans aligned with inventory, launches, promotional calendars, and brand standards. Set TikTok LIVE priorities with the agency and evaluate affiliate participation and results.
\n
• Build direct relationships with top affiliates and identify opportunities to expand them into broader partnerships.
\n
• Maintain a clear division of responsibilities: the agency executes its contracted recruitment and program operations; this role owns direction and oversight.
\n

Affiliate Publisher Management

\n
• Manage relevant shopping, editorial, review, and other affiliate publishers.
\n
• Negotiate commissions, placements, and campaign opportunities within approved budgets.
\n
• Coordinate product launches, promotional calendars, and assets with publisher partners.
\n
• Evaluate revenue, new-customer contribution, and profitability to determine which relationships to grow.
\n

Financial Planning & Reporting.

\n
• Deliver regular reporting with clear findings, recommended actions, and ownership of next steps.
\n
• Track affiliate revenue, productive creators, content delivery, seeding conversion, creator retention, and program contribution.
\n
• Assess Meta creator performance with Paid, including spend, ROAS, creative performance, and partnership costs.
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n
• 5+ years of relevant experience in creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, or social commerce, with ownership of budgets and performance.
\n
• Experience managing agencies and holding external partners accountable.
\n
• Hands-on knowledge of Meta Partnership Ads, creator usage rights, and performance-based creator programs; ReFunnel experience is a plus.
\n
• Experience with TikTok Shop affiliate programs and product seeding.
\n
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and reporting skills.
\n
• Ability to connect creative output with revenue and profitability.
\n
