Working closely with technical leadership, program stakeholders, and end users, this individual will help build long-term internal Salesforce capabilities while ensuring strong system adoption, data quality, and reporting effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration & ConfigurationSupport Salesforce configuration, enhancements, and ongoing system maintenanceBuild and maintain Flows, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets, and related functionalityAssist with testing and deployment of new platform featuresSupport sandbox management and release processesMaintain strong security practices and data governance standardsUser Support & TrainingProvide day-to-day Salesforce support to internal usersTroubleshoot technical and functional system issuesDeliver onboarding and training for new usersCreate and maintain user guides, training materials, and system documentationPromote Salesforce best practices and user adoptionData Quality & ManagementMonitor and improve overall data quality and integritySupport data imports, exports, migrations, and routine maintenance activitiesImplement data validation and deduplication processesEncourage consistent data entry standards across departmentsReporting & AnalyticsDevelop and maintain reports and dashboardsSupport business reporting and performance measurement initiativesAssist with internal and external data requestsHelp translate business needs into actionable reporting solutionsSalesforce Implementation & Business SupportPartner with external Salesforce consultants and implementation teamsSupport system rollouts, testing efforts, and user acceptance activitiesAssist with migration from legacy platformsSupport change management initiatives and adoption strategiesHelp communicate system updates and enhancements to stakeholdersQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience2+ years of Salesforce Administration experienceStrong understanding of core Salesforce administration functionsExperience with:Flow Builder (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Scheduled xhyhwjd Flows)User management, profiles, permission sets, and security controlsCustom objects, fields, record types, and page layoutsReports, dashboards, formula fields, and dashboard filtersData imports and exports using Data Loader and related toolsData quality management, validation rules, and deduplication processesStrong Excel and data management skillsExperience supporting and training end usersExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyPreferredSalesforce Administrator Certification (or willingness to obtain)Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) or Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)Experience supporting nonprofit organizationsExperience with change management and user adoption initiativesExperience working with sensitive or highly regulated data
