  • Verify products are properly secured and protected before transportation.
  • Assist with staging finished goods and organizing outbound shipments.
  • Work with production and shipping teams to ensure materials and finished products are ready for scheduled pickups and deliveries.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment when trained and authorized.

Equipment, Safety & Compliance

  • Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks and trailers.
  • Maintain vehicles, trailers, and transportation equipment in a clean and safe operating condition.
  • Report mechanical concerns and coordinate necessary maintenance.
  • Follow applicable DOT, FMCSA, and Texas transportation regulations.

This position is expected to remain productive throughout the workday, whether performing deliveries, preparing shipments, assisting with loading, or supporting other operational needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical shipping and loading activities.
  • Ability to work outdoors and inside industrial manufacturing facilities.
  • Ability to perform required vehicle inspections and material handling tasks.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time, year-round employment.
